We bake our Rusks fresh the day or two before we ship them! Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch and 2-5 business days for delivery (Postage times vary, depending on your location and courier company).
Express service takes 2-3 business days to deliver, and Standard service takes 3-5 business days to deliver.
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the courier company collects it. Please contact them first if you have any queries. Please note, we use an external courier service. Unfortunately, we have no control over their services, but we are always willing to assist wherever we can. If you live in a remote area, it does take much longer for the parcel to get to you. (Please note that during high seasons, your order might take a little bit longer to process, as we have lots of orders to get through. We really appreciate your support!)
Please note that some of our rusks contain nuts and seeds. All rusks are made in a kitchen where we work with nuts and seeds. All our rusks contain wheat (gluten), eggs, and dairy.
